Dr. Fredrick Edward Kitoogo

Fredrick Edward Kitoogo, is a holder of a PhD in Computer Science from Makerere University. Fredrick possesses cutting-edge professional certification; Governance in Enterprise IT, Project Management Professional, IT Service Management amongst others. He enjoys over 25 years' IT Governance and Management experience and known for cutting millions in IT expenditure and driving business innovation leveraging IT Governance, Project Management, Data Science, and Risk Management techniques to accelerate business growth and gain competitive advantage. Possesses multisector enterprise governance, compliance and business transformation expertise.  

Fredrick has held critical leadership roles with leading agencies including the National IT Authority, Uganda Judiciary and Uganda Revenue Authority. He offers deep research expertise and has published widely in several international Journals and presented at several international conferences in the area of ICT. He also lectures and supervises students pursuing post graduate studies.
